Jim, a Co-founder and President of OSG since October 2010, plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and ensuring operational alignment with strategic goals. With over 30 years of experience, his expertise lies in supporting U.S. defense and intelligence sectors. Before OSG, he held roles in the Intelligence Community, agency representation at a multi-agency watch desk, and curriculum management at a U.S. Navy aviation weapons school. His background includes expertise in EA-6B electronic warfare.

Starting as a Marine Corps flight officer and air defense artillery officer, Jim holds impressive academic credentials—an MA in Adult Education, an MS in Human Resources Management, and an undergraduate degree in Sociology. He provides unwavering direction to OSG’s officers and directors, drawing from his extensive experience and educational background, making him an invaluable asset to the company.
