Nichelle L. Early is the President and CEO of BreakForth Solutions, Inc. (BSi). With nearly 20 years of management experience primarily focused in the Information Technology field, Ms. Early founded BSi in May 2012, with a chief focus of creating an organization where employees and customers alike could “BreakForth successfully” in their professional endeavors. Having received its first large systems integrator client in 2014, under Ms. Early’s leadership, within two 

years, BSi more than tripled its six-figure revenue. To date, BSi has received more than $80M in federal and commercial contract awards. In 2020, BSi ranked #1125 on the Inc. 5000 list having been featured three consecutive years and is showing no signs of slowing down. 

Ms. Early’s vision postures BSi to become one of the fastest growing small businesses in Northern Virginia. The company is 8(a) and Woman-Owned Small Business certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration and holds two GSA Schedules and numerous prime contracts and vehicles. The company’s culture is keenly “employee-centric,” with its foundational principle rooted in the reality that “People Matter.” 

Presently, BSi supports the technical initiatives of several of the largest federal agencies in both Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well projects with several major government contractors within the federal and intelligence communities, providing engineering and integration; data and analytics services; and business IT and professional solutions. 

Having graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Ms. Early also holds numerous certifications to include a Master’s Certification in Government Contract Management from Villanova University; Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute; Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL); Langevin Master Trainer Certification (LMT); amidst numerous others. On account of her dedication to the technical field, in 2012, Ms. Early was honored to receive the Woman of Color in Technology Rising Star Award from the BEYA organization, and recently celebrated as a Brava Awardee by Smart CEO, and 2017 Finalist for the Virginia Women's Business Conference Stellar Woman Award. 

Ms. Early is a current personal and corporate member of INSA, and has been affiliated with SECAF, AFCEA, NDIA, Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals in past instances. In addition, Ms. Early supports several non-profit organizations. She is also a well-regarded national speaker as it relates to women’s empowerment, training and development.
